Dr. Thompson is scheduled to speak at The Willows Community School in Culver City on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 7pm.
Dr. Thompson will present a talk, "Best Friends, Worst Enemies – Friendship Development, Popularity, and Social Cruelty in Childhood." Focusing on the complex social world of childhood, he will offer parents suggestions to manage arising social issues by emphasizing the value of friendship vs. popularity.
